Step by step guide to booking space

Step 1
Before you book your space, check who has already booked or reserved a stand nearby.
Either hold your cursor over a stand displayed with a 'B' or look at the Confirmed Exhibitors page.

Step 2
To book a space, click on an available stand which will lead you to the stand reservation form. Enter your details and press the submit button.
Your chosen stand will change to display 'R' for reserved.

Step 3
We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to process your booking request. 
Once we have confirmed your booking, your selected stand will then display with a 'B' for booked.

Step 4
You will receive an Exhibitor Pack and invoice once your booking is confirmed.
Please ensure your invoice is paid promptly

To ensure a diverse range of exhibitors, we have a limit of 4 exhibitors per sector.

A preliminary booking request will therefore not guarantee you exhibition space at the event.
The stand you have selected has been reserved by another exhibitor, please select an alternative stand.

The Hastings Centre - Floorplan & Prices

The exhibition is spread throughout two halls within the Hastings Centre.  Both halls offer exhibitors a wide range of spaces from 2m x 1.5m stands through to 4m x 3m- stands for those wanting a more visible presence.
