Interactive Floorplan & Prices - Step by Step Guide to Booking
Step 1
The exhibition is made up of two halls - the Grandstand Hall and the Premier Hall connected via a short walkway.
Both halls offer stands from 2m x 1.5m to larger 3m x 3m spaces.
Step 2
Before you book your space, check who has already booked.
Either hold your cursor over a stand displayed with a red 'B' or look at the Confirmed Exhibitors page.
Step 3
To book, click on an available stand which will lead you to the reservation form. Enter your details and then submit the form.
Your chosen stand will change to display 'R' for reserved.
Step 4
We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to process your booking request.
Once processed, your stand will display with a red 'B' for booked and you will appear on the confirmed exhibitors page.
To ensure a diverse range of exhibitors, we have a limit of 4 exhibitors per sector. A preliminary booking request will therefore not guarantee you exhibition space at the event.

The Grandstand Hall
Please note that the grey squares on the floorplan represent pillars.
For example a '3m x 2m -' stand has a pillar in the back corner of the stand. The pillar will be covered with shell scheme. The actual size of a '3m x 2m -' is therefore 5 sq metres.
